5 Days Replacement (Ride-on toys)

  • Battery Operated Ride ons – This Category of toys are eligible for free Replacement / Refund, within 5 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of Damaged, Defective or Different/Wrong item delivered to you.

5 Days Replacement (Dirt Bikes)

  • Battery Operated Ride ons – This Category of toys are eligible for free Replacement / Refund, within 5 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of Damaged, Defective or Different/Wrong item delivered to you.

Items are replaceable if you’ve received them in a condition that is:

Partially or Fully Damaged only.

How can if missing product accessories:

  • If the product accessories missing like, charger, remote, & other item then inform to our team within 2 days, we will be ship item to you.

Items are full refundable if you have received them in a condition that is:

  • Catastrophically Damaged condition. 

If there are minor challenges with the product with fitting, please call us, and we will guide you over a video call on how to set it up for you.

 

In the event that a customer cancels an order after payment has been completed, please note the following:

  1. GST Deduction:
    Once the payment is credited to our account, it becomes liable to GST as per government regulations.
    Since GST paid on cancelled orders cannot be adjusted or reclaimed during GST filings, 18% GST will be deducted from the refundable amount.

  2. Payment Gateway Charges:
    Razorpay or any other payment gateway deducts transaction fees on all completed payments.
    These charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

  3. Net Refund Amount:
    The refund issued to the customer will be the total amount paid minus 18% GST and payment gateway charges.

  • Note: Kindly capture a video of Unboxing the product as a proof for damages from our end.
  • Product damages from us or Transport services will be validated upon the Unboxing Video captured at your end.
  • There would be a seal on the Product, which proves authenticity of the product from ISAKAA.

Note: Returns not accepted in case of using and returning the products for joy like Amazon and Flipkart.

Only Genuine Returns and Refunds are processed. Any minor product glitches and challenges will be addressed over a call or video call to help you fix those.

 

Note: The Booking amount (750) would not be refundable in case of the Order is Undelivered due to unavailability of the customer, or rejected by the customer.

The customer is not eligible for a refund or free replacement of any parts that are damaged through use. Physical and liquid damage are not covered and will require paid replacements.

Additionally, we strongly advise against using the ride-on vehicle on stony or muddy roads, as this can damage the wheels’ structure. The vehicle is designed for use on flat surfaces and should be kept away from potholes and uneven terrain.
